WORKSTATION EQUIPMENT

PC Requirements • A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended. • Dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited from use. • All-in-One computers are not currently compatible with any client programs. • Depending on what client program a call center chooses to service, the use of the Arise Secure Desktop (ASD) may be required. Additional details on the ASD can be found on page 6 of this guide.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL NEW AGENTS TO REGISTER WITH OUR CALL CENTER BEFORE PURCHASING HEADSETS SINCE EACH CLIENT HAS DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS.

COMPUTER

A laptop or desktop is required to work from home. Click below to find great deals on bundle packages. A 17" monitor or larger is recommended. All laptops must be hardwired using an Ethernet cord. Wireless computers are prohibited on the Arise Platform. 

Coding

NOISE CANCELING HEADSET

LANDLINE PHONE SERVICE

Some clients may require only VoIP headsets while others may require a landline phone service. The phone services listed below are compatible with Arise:

  1. POTS (plain old Telephone service)

  2. Cable Telephony

  3. Digital service or

  4. Business-class VoIP

CALL CENTER PHONE WITH HEADSETS AND DIALPAD

A call center phone with a noise-canceling headset and dial-pad is used for clients that require a landline phone service.
